Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all gift vouchers purchased through the Lady Heyes website or directly from Lady Heyes Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using a Lady Heyes gift voucher, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

General

1.1. Lady Heyes gift vouchers are issued by Lady Heyes Limited.
1.2. Gift vouchers may be purchased online or on-site where available.
1.3. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, redemption, and general use of Lady Heyes gift vouchers.

Voucher Types

2.1. We offer digital (e-voucher) and, where specified, physical gift vouchers.
2.2. The type of voucher purchased will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Redemption

3.1. Lady Heyes gift vouchers may be redeemed only for eligible goods and services offered by Lady Heyes Limited.
3.2. Vouchers cannot be used for any products or services not provided directly by Lady Heyes Limited unless expressly stated.
3.3. To redeem a voucher online, the unique voucher code must be entered at checkout.
3.4. To redeem a voucher on-site, the code must be presented at the time of payment.

Expiry

4.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, and no refund or extension will be provided unless required by law.
4.3. The expiry date is displayed on the voucher.

Value and Payments

5.1. Gift vouchers may be purchased in the denominations listed on our website.
5.2. No change is given for purchases made with a voucher. Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.
5.3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Booking & Availability

6.1. Redemption of vouchers for accommodation, glamping pods, hot tubs, camping pitches, or other bookable services is subject to availability.
6.2. Holding a valid voucher does not guarantee availability for specific dates or services.
6.3. Standard booking terms and conditions for Lady Heyes apply to all voucher-funded reservations.

Cancellations & Refunds

7.1. Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
7.2. If a booking paid for using a voucher is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, the value will be returned to the original voucher code.
7.3. If a booking is cancelled outside the permitted cancellation period, the voucher value may be forfeited.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

8.1. Lady Heyes is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or damaged vouchers.
8.2. Replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion and only with valid proof of purchase.
8.3. We reserve the right to refuse replacement where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Fraud & Misuse

9.1. Gift vouchers must not be resold, transferred for profit, or used for commercial promotional purposes without written permission.
9.2. We reserve the right to void any voucher suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised resale.

Liability

10.1. Lady Heyes Limited is not liable for:

inability to redeem a voucher due to unavailability, closures, or external circumstances;

losses arising from delayed or undelivered email vouchers due to incorrect details provided by the purchaser.
10.2. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

11.1. Lady Heyes Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2. Changes will not affect vouchers purchased prior to the amendment unless required by law.
