Black Friday Gift Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the Black Friday Gift Voucher promotion (“the Offer”) provided by Lady Heyes Limited. By purchasing or using a Black Friday gift voucher, you agree to these terms in addition to the standard Lady Heyes Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.
The Offer
1.1. During the Black Friday promotional period, customers may purchase a £100 Lady Heyes gift voucher for £50.
1.2. The Offer is available only during the advertised Black Friday sale period and while stocks last.
1.3. The Offer is limited to one voucher per household.
1.4. Lady Heyes Limited reserves the right to cancel any orders that appear to violate the one-per-household policy.
Voucher Value & Use
2.1. Each promotional voucher carries a redemption value of £100, despite the £50 purchase price.
2.2. Vouchers may be redeemed against eligible Lady Heyes goods and services, including accommodation, glamping pods, touring pitches, hot tubs, and other services sold directly by Lady Heyes Limited.
2.3. Only one Black Friday voucher may be used per booking.
2.4. Black Friday vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or credit, including but not limited to:
- NHS discount
- Goodwill credit
- Seasonal promotions
Any other voucher or reduced-rate scheme
2.5. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers or other promotional items.
Expiry
3.1. Black Friday vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
Redemption Conditions
4.1. All redemptions are subject to availability.
4.2. Possession of a voucher does not guarantee availability for specific dates or experiences.
4.3. The voucher code must be presented online or in person at the time of redemption.
4.4. Vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction; no remaining balance will be carried forward.
Refunds & Cancellations
5.1. Promotional Black Friday vouchers are non-refundable.
5.2. If a booking made with a voucher is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, the redeemed amount will be returned to the same voucher code.
5.3. If a booking is cancelled outside the permitted terms, the voucher value may be forfeited.
Non-Transferable & Not for Resale
6.1. Black Friday vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or alternative products.
6.2. Vouchers must not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial gain.
6.3. Any voucher identified as resold or misused may be voided without refund.
Lost or Damaged Vouchers
7.1. Lost or damaged vouchers may be replaced only at Lady Heyes’ discretion and with valid proof of purchase.
7.2. Lady Heyes Limited is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect email addresses or contact details supplied at checkout.
Fraud Prevention
8.1. Lady Heyes Limited reserves the right to cancel any voucher or order suspected of fraudulent activity.
8.2. Attempts to bypass the “one voucher per household” or “one voucher per booking” rules may result in cancellation without refund.
